West St. Paul police are seeking the public’s help in catching an alleged thief. The woman, whose image was captured on surveillance photos, allegedly helped a waiter from T.G.I Friday’s in Coon Rapids spend thousands of dollars he’d skimmed from customers’ credit cards.
